The Heart Behind the Coffee Cup
Hey there friend! I'm so excited you've decided to join me as I learn to live in response to Mark 16:15, on my campus, in my city, and into the rest of the world.
To my friends and family, I'm "Lyd", "Lydita", or "Lydia", but the next four months will require me to embrace the name "gringa", as I set forth on a brand new adventure in Valparaíso, Chile. I found it only fitting that I embrace this new name with grace, because the grace of God is what has brought me here, and this same grace is what will carry me through these next few months. Join me as I hold fast to my Savior amidst inevitable moments of surrender, as I learn to live life amidst a new culture, in a new language, and country.
